Terms of Service

What PartnerBee does

PartnerBee is a platform for creating and running affiliate programs. Companies create programs, recruit affiliates, track clicks and conversions, and pay commissions. Affiliates join programs, share trackable links, and get paid for the sales they generate.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use PartnerBee
• Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date
• Keep your login credentials and API keys secure
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and workspace

Billing (usage-based)

• Waived rate: the rate on your first $1,000 in affiliate-tracked sales is waived, one time. The account fee still applies
• Only affiliate-tracked sales count - organic and direct sales are never billed
• Monthly closing: each 30-day cycle is charged a $6.99 account fee plus a single rate set by that cycle's tracked-sales volume (2% up to $10k, 1.5% from $10k to $50k, 1% above $50k), applied to the whole amount
• Payment method: the $6.99 account fee is charged when you sign up and then on every 30-day closing, with or without sales in the cycle
• No refunds: platform fees for a closed cycle are non-refundable
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice

Programs, commissions and payouts

• You define your program's commission rules, cookie window and approval flow - and are responsible for honoring them with your affiliates
• Commission approval and rejection decisions are yours; PartnerBee records and executes them
• Settling balances is triggered manually by you; PartnerBee records the batch and keeps the payment history
• Payments to affiliates happen outside the platform; PartnerBee records them and closes the month
• You are responsible for any taxes, invoices or withholdings related to commissions you pay
• Refunded sales reverse the related commissions, including multi-level overrides on every level

Acceptable use

You may not use PartnerBee to:

• Track sales of illegal products or services
• Run fraudulent schemes, including self-referrals, cookie stuffing or fake conversions
• Send spam or make misleading claims to recruit affiliates or customers
• Operate pyramid schemes - multi-level rewards must be tied to real product sales
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to access other customers' data

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Tracking technology

PartnerBee tracks referrals through links, first-party cookies, a JavaScript snippet and/or our REST API, according to how you integrate it into your site. You are responsible for disclosing this tracking to your visitors as required by the laws that apply to your business.

White label

White label lets you serve affiliate-facing pages on your own domains and brand. You are responsible for the domains you connect and for the content you present under your brand.

Intellectual property

PartnerBee, its logo and the platform are property of Mamute Tech. Your data - programs, affiliates, conversions - is yours. You grant us the licenses needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mamute Tech is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. Closing your account stops future cycles; fees for the current closed cycle remain due. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
