Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company details, password (hashed)
• Affiliate data: name, email and the payout details each company asks for to pay them
• Tracking data: clicks on referral links, referral codes, cookies, IP address, user agent, and conversions reported by Stripe, the JS snippet or the REST API
• Billing data: processed by our payment providers - we do not store full card numbers
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, to improve the product

How we use data

• Operate the platform: attribute clicks and conversions, calculate commissions, execute payouts
• Bill usage-based fees and prevent fraud (e.g. self-referrals and fake conversions)
• Send transactional emails about your account, programs and payouts
• Improve the product with aggregated, de-identified usage metrics

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and referral tracking

When a visitor clicks an affiliate link, we set a first-party cookie so the sale can be attributed to the right affiliate within the cookie window defined by the program. Companies using the JS snippet or REST API are responsible for disclosing this tracking in their own privacy notices.

How data is shared

• Companies see their program's data: their affiliates' profiles, links, conversions and payout details needed to pay them
• Affiliates see their own performance across the programs they join
• Processors: Stripe (payments and conversion tracking) and the infrastructure providers that host the platform
• Legal requirements: we disclose data when required by law

Data retention

We keep account and transaction data while your account is active and for the period required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact partnerbee@mamutetech.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and payout operations require authenticated API credentials. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard practices.

International transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Children

PartnerBee is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes. The date above always reflects the latest revision.
